Contact at a glance
At Women’s House, women can access multiple specialist services under one roof, removing the need to visit different offices. The centre brings together professionals from various fields, including clinical psychologists, social workers, a legal advisor, a police officer, an administrative officer, and a care worker, who work collaboratively to provide coordinated, survivor-centred support. Available services include counselling and psychological support, legal advice, medical examination, financial and social welfare guidance, housing and employment advice, and referrals. Access to the centre is by referral from the Social Welfare Services, the Police, or SPAVO’s helpline and other services. Appointments are available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In urgent situations outside these hours, a Rapid Response Team is available to provide assistance at any time, day or night.
